Spicy sweet potato soup with mascarpone cheese

Graham’s house salad with bacon, croutons, grapes, cherry tomatoes,
avocado and little gems in a creamy blue cheese dressing (can be served without bacon V)

Pan fried fresh Scottish scallops, apple purée and seared walnut dressing (£2.00 supplement)

Chicken & roasted garlic terrine with prune chutney and toasted country bread

Asparagus, mascarpone cheese & semidried tomato tart with beetroot and balsamic compote salad  V

Salt & pepper squid with homemade sweet chilli sauce

Seafood thermidor – Monkfish, scampi and prawns, topped with mushrooms
in a rich thermidor sauce, breadcrumbs and cheese

Fillet of pork on creamy mash, grain mustard & tarragon sauce

Free-range chicken breast on wild mushroom risotto finished with truffle cream

Pan fried Sea trout with pickled chilled cucumber & grain mustard crème fraiche

Vegetarian macaroni and cheese with red onion, cherry tomatoes & mushrooms V

Roasted lamb chump on mint & feta cous cous with rich lamb jus (£2.00 supplement)
