Roasted butternut squash soup finished with chopped chestnuts V

Graham’s house salad with bacon, croutons, cherry tomatoes, grapes,
 avocado and little gems in a creamy blue cheese dressing (can be served without bacon V)

Goat’s cheese crostini with chili jam, rocket & roasted red pepper coulisV

Deep fried white bait with lemon mayonnaise

Stir fried tiger prawns with Thai salad and sweet and sour mayonnaise

Pigeon & pheasant terrine with Cumberland jelly & toasted country bread

Oriental style duck risotto balls with hoi sin sauce

Seafood thermidor – Monkfish, scampi and prawns, topped with
mushrooms in a rich thermidor sauce, breadcrumbs and cheese

Roast lamb chump, parsnip & leek purée, lamb jus
(£2.00 supplement)

Pan fried free range chicken breast, chunky chips, walnut & Roquefort sauce

 Fillet of hake with mussel broth

Confit of duck, creamy mash, brussel sprouts & grain mustard cream sauce

Pancake filled with mushroom in a stroganoff cream sauce v

Braised venison parcel in a rich game jus
